New Year’s Eve in Toronto saw approximately 123, 000 Torontonians getting home safely through the sponsorship of the TTC by Corby Spirit and Wine. This was an initiative that was promoted widely across many media organisations to include MNI Media
Since 2013, Corby has worked with the TTC to provide free rides to people in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
So far approximately 1.2 million people have used the free service on New Year’s Eve over the past six years.
Also, Corby Spirit and Wine also partnered with arrive alive DRIVE SOBER® to promote the importance of planning ahead for a safe ride home during the holidays and committed to donating $1 to arrive alive DRIVE SOBER® for every use of the hashtag #CorbySafeRides on Instagram or Twitter from December 1 to 31st.
Later this month, Corby will present a cheque of $10,000 to the DRIVE SOBER organization.
