Piraeus, Greece: Today Celestyal Cruises announced it will sail year-round in Cuba beginning November 21, 2016. Following its third successful season in Cuba, during which the company was the only cruise line to visit four ports of call, the all-inclusive Cuba Cruise will be rebranded as Celestyal Cruises in order to bring a growing range of products that offer unique and authentic experiences to its passengers, under the Celestyal umbrella.

From November 2016 to December 2017, the Celestyal Crystal will sail seven-night all-inclusive cruises that include two days in Havana and a call at Maria La Gorda, known for its impeccable beachfront and underwater marine life. Additional Cuban calls will include historic Cienfuegos and Santiago de Cuba.

Authentic Cuba

A selection of shore excursions at each port of call will provide incredible experiences to passengers of all ages and with diverse interests, from city walking tours and snorkelling to rum tastings and hiking. The extended sailing season means passengers will have more opportunities to enjoy the unique immersion in Cuban culture only Celestyal Cruises can provide. The cruise will embark every Monday from Havana, and every Friday from Montego Bay, Jamaica.

“The all-inclusive Celestyal Cruises remains the unchallenged, value-for-money cruise to the best of Cuba,” said Kyriakos Anastassiadis, CEO of Celestyal Cruises. “Our 2015-2016 season was our most successful season yet. Due to high demand, we have decided to launch our fourth season in Cuba on November 21, 2016, four weeks earlier than last year, with weekly departures year-round. We look forward to immersing even more passengers from all over the world in our authentic Cuban experience.”
