Bimini, Bahamas – The countdown is on to the opening of Phase II of the Hilton at Resorts World Bimini (RWB) and the resort is pulling out all the stops to ensure that visitors enjoy a world class, luxury experience. With incredible new amenities including a ground floor lazy river pool overlooking Bimini Bay’s crystal clear turquoise water, world-class spa, shopping, more than 10,000 square feet of new event and meeting space and six new restaurants and lounges, the Hilton at RWB will be unlike any other hotel in The Bahamas.

The Lobby Raw Bar
Dishing up fresh seafood in an enchanting setting, the new Lobby Bar will offer a wide variety of seafood favorites. Guests will be able to pair their fresh seafood with hand-made craft cocktails or wine by the glass overlooking Bimini Bay.

The Sushi Bar
Unique to North Bimini, the 24-seat Sushi Bar will offer an expansive selection of freshly prepared sushi rolls, nigari, and sashimi along with Asian Inspired snacks and flavorful ramen and noodle dishes.

Piano Lounge
With panoramic views of Resorts World Bimini’s Mega Yacht Marina, the new lounge will feature an intimate setting to enjoy martinis or wine by the glass while being serenaded by piano.

The Tides
The Tides Restaurant will offer a daily breakfast and a dinner menu featuring Italian fare such as pastas, entrees and desserts, a wide selection of seafood and raw bar options, pizza from the wood fire grill and refreshing salads.

The new phase of the hotel will also include rooftop, poolside dining options that will offer healthy choices such as fresh juice and fruit along with grilled favorites. Whether walking or swimming up, the Oasis pool bar, located on the ground floor, will be the place to indulge in a selection that includes fresh conch salad, quesadillas, Paninis, burgers, hotdogs and more.
