Cabbage Patch Kids, beanie babies, silly bands, Pokémon Go, and now Fidget Spinners. Fidgets Spinners are the latest fad to sweep the nation. They're also flipping the toy industry upside down to the tune of 500M.

This guide show spinners how to take their hobby to a whole new epic level. Spinners can learn how to master tricks and can also track their progress with a handy workbook. Plus, the book provides backstory into the health benefits of spinning.

Fidget Spinners have not come without controversy. Some debate whether or not it can increase focus, which is the perk the toy initially touted. Some say the toy is great for children who struggle paying attention and others argue it is a big distraction.
