Whether you're in London, Birmingham, Manchester, Nottingham, Bristol, or any other area in the UK, chances are that you are not far from African and Caribbean eateries.

But do you know where they are and what dishes they have to tantalise your palate?

Look no further as The Voice has launched its inaugural African and Caribbean Food & Restaurant Guide.

The unique and long overdue publication features a comprehensive listing of restaurants, takeaways and food suppliers around the UK and a combination of mouth-watering recipes from Africa and the Caribbean.

From Nigeria's popular jollof rice to Jamaica's most famous jerk chicken and tongue-searing curries from Trinidad, it is widely recognised that African and Caribbean cuisine is becoming increasingly popular in the UK.

This culinary melting pot features in many publications, numerous TV shows and has prompted the emergence of several celebrity chefs including Levi Roots, who features in the guide, and newcomer Sabrina Zeif.

Levi Roots said: "I'm very excited to be a part of The Voice's first African & Caribbean Food & Restaurant Guide. I've long been an advocate for helping to bring Caribbean flavours to the mainstream and this publication, produced by the UK's leading black newspaper, is another step in achieving this goal."
