It’s a Curse To Demand Money from Poor Church Members Says Pastor

Prophet Daniel Owusu Bempah of the Glory Prayer Ministry

A man of God in Ghana, West Africa, has described it as a curse those pastors who extort monies from poor church members desperate for spiritual attention.

Prophet Daniel Owusu Bempah of the Glory Prayer Ministry disclosed that such prophets bring curses on their children when they rip-off the poor to enrich themselves.

He made the revelation on EMERE (Time) show hosted by Maurice on Asempa FM Monday in Ghana, while discussing the impact of consultation fees on churches.

The prophet bemoaned how a wave of corrupt pastors are popping up, dabbling in dangerous territory by leading the church astray.

“Any pastor who charge consultation fee will bring curses on his children. It is clear they are simply not interested in the salvation of the people. Clearly, pastors are confused, and many are corrupt but not all have evil intentions,” he stressed.

Given the behaviour of pastors in the country, Prophet Owusu Bempah said even God would be happy if they were taxed for charging fees when praying for people.

The Glory Prayer Ministry Prophet said men of God who charge exaggerated amounts of money as consultation lack the glory of God.

Prophet Owusu Bempah says he allows his church members to willingly give for the blessings of God.

The man of God said people give pastors money and material things already, so to charge them extra money for special prayers is very wrong and unacceptable.

“My ministry wants to see sanity in the body of Christ so I wont force my members for offering,” he stated.
