Jack Hanna, renowned American TV host, and leading expert of fauna worldwide, visited Ecuador to film 6 episodes of his program “Jack Hanna´s Into the Wild” which will be broadcasted during the spring, summer and fall seasons this year.

During his visit of 18 days, Jack and his crew travelled through various places of Ecuador that included: the Parque Nacional Galápagos (Galapagos National Park), Quito Zoo, Parque Cóndor (Condor Park), Jambatu Center, Tulipe, Otavalo´s animal market and the Amazon, among others.

Jack has 160,000 followers on social media. In addition to Ecuador his team has explored all continents: Asia, Africa, Europe, Oceania and the Americas. His program “Jack Hanna´s Into the Wild” provides insight into the protection and conservation of some of our planet´s most precious and endangered species. This show began 10 years ago and has received various Emmy awards.

It is expected that the broadcast of this program will be watched by millions of viewers in more than 200 cities across 47 US States.

The dissemination of these episodes will help promote Ecuador, the diversity of its landscapes, fauna, flora and its welcoming people; that make it unique in the world. The future episodes of the country made up of four worlds will be broadcast on the 9th and 16th of May, 2016 and will show the mysterious Ecuadorian Amazon as well as the enchanted Galapagos Islands.
