Gaining popularity and a huge fan base throughout the Caribbean, Hawaii, Canada, Dubai and other places in the world, Jamaican born and raised crooner Omi busted on the musical scene with his self-penned song hit single "Cheerleader".

Discovered by Clifton “Specialist” Dillon who is known for developing artistes such as Shabba Ranks and Patra, Omi recently signed with Ultra Music, the label formed by former Polygram and Virgin Records executive Patrick Moxey.

Acclaimed billboard producer Ricky Blaze breathed new life and gave a new sound to "Cheerleader" by remixing it and giving it that multi genre sound that Ricky is known for, a blend of reggae, dancehall with hints of soca and dance music.
