The Montserrat Civil Service Association (MCSA) will host a series of celebratory events in commemoration of Youth Month 2019. This year, the Union will celebrate under the theme ‘Transforming Education’.
To kick off the series of events, members and friends of the MCSA will worship at the Church of God of Prophecy on Sunday, September 08, 2019. Immediately following on Saturday, September 14th, the Union will host a live Panel discussion on Radio Montserrat where youth will explore the topic; ‘Increasing the Awareness; Your Union and You.’ This discussion will seek to create further awareness within youth in the Montserrat Community as to the history, purpose and Future of the Trade Union movement.

On September 17th, youth and executive members of the association will be engaged in activities to further educate the public on all things union. This will include visits to the Montserrat Community College, the Montserrat Secondary School, as well as Government departments sharing the good news of the Union movement to one and all.
Finally, and to end the series of events, the union will host a two day Youth Retreat during the period, September 18-19, 2019 to be held at the Royal Montserrat Police Service Conference Room.
