Muslim Community Launches Nationwide Campaign: "Pathway to Peace"

The Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama`at Canada announces the launch of a nationwide initiative that provides comprehensive solutions toward achieving world peace. The “Pathway to Peace” campaign presents fundamental solutions based on the teachings of Islam – as presented by the World Head of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama`at, the Caliph, His Holiness, Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad.

These key points, called the Principles of Peace, will be announced at the Press Conference, set to take place at the largest and longest-running Muslim convention.

Various dignitaries, elected officials and community leaders are expected to endorse the campaign at the official “Pathway to Peace” launch event – set to take place at Canada’s largest and longest-running Muslim convention on July 7, 2018 at the International Centre. Following the launch, dozens of campaign events are scheduled to take place across Canada to present the “Pathway to Peace.”

“The Pathway to Peace campaign is the stepping stone towards helping to establish lasting peace and unity in society,” says National President of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama`at Canada, Mr. Lal Khan Malik. “By following these eight Principles of Peace, the world has a practical method to achieve sustainable peace.”
