JustRun International will organize the popular "Prison Break Race" for the third time in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. The race will be held on September 15th.

Last year the race had attracted more than 10 000 participants of all ages, and more than 2500 in Hamilton.

For the past 6 years now, PrisonBreakers have managed to escape despite the surveillance of hundreds of prison guards. This year, it’s over. ALL escapees will be captured. The three largest prisons in Canada have undergone significant changes and are now classified as MAXIMUM SECURITY: Escaping will therefore be mission impossible.

About the race

Equipped with a belt and 3 flags, the participants have 3 attempts to escape. On a 6k course to freedom they will face over 25 obstacles that will test their strength, endurance, dexterity and above all, their determination. Between the obstacles they have to stay alert! There are 5 zones with prison guards who will try to take their flags.

You can also bring your kids to experience this unique escape experience! The obstacles are adapted to all levels and includes fun prison guard zones! Two distances are available: 500m for 4 to 8 year olds and 1.5k for 8 to 13 year olds.

The reward: An awesome Prison Break escapee t-shirt and medal.

Who can run Prison Break?

Anyone over the age of 14 can escape! If you’re a beginner looking to have fun with your group of friends, colleagues or your family, you can complete the course at your own pace. Short, tall, young or old, everyone can overcome this challenge and make it to the finish line.
