Royal Montserrat Police Force Appeal For Help In Ezra David Shooting

The Royal Montserrat Police Service is currently investigating the circumstances which led to a 32-year-old male from Davy Hill being shot in the head.

According to a statement from Police Commissioner Steve Foster, the man identified as Ezra David was found in the Carr's Bay area some time on Sunday 18th March 2012.

The police are appealing for assistance from anyone who was in the Davy Hill, Carr's Bay or Brades area between Saturday evening March 17th and Sunday March 18th and may have heard or seen anything or may have information about the discharge of a firearm, to come forward and speak with the police,the statement read.

Persons can call 491-2555, 491-2355 or speak with a senior officer directly. Any information given will be treated with the strictest confidence the police leader said.

Commissioner Foster said the police would be putting every effort into the investigation.

Meanwhile, David remains in critical condition with family and friends praying for his recovery.
