Spanish Network Telemundo’s exclusive interview with U.S President Donald Trump delivered an average of 1,438,000 total viewers and ranked as the #1 Spanish-language news program in total in a day amongst adults 18 to 49 with 702,000 impressions.
In digital, the interview has delivered 2,800,000 total native views and 47,500 total actions across Telemundo’s social media platforms to date.
Conducted by Telemundo's Anchor José Díaz-Balart on Thursday, June 20 at 11 PM ET, the interview marked the first time President Trump granted a sit-down interview to a Spanish-language network since his inauguration.
The exclusive aired one week before the first debate between the would-be Democratic presidential candidates, which will be broadcast exclusively on Telemundo, in partnership with NBC News and MSNBC, on Wednesday, June 26 and Thursday, June 27 at 9 PMET/6 PT, consolidating Telemundo’s leadership in covering the 2020 electoral cycle.
