Take a knee bending walk with me to the future
A few long narrow steps from reality but a pleasure to endure
Time for gratification this now is the oldest you've ever been
A euphoric glimpse with speed to where we've never seen
Be aware how eclectic advanced technology shrinks our world
Spotlight of truth ricochet with humility as beams uncurl
Hidden lies traced and exposed like family genes of a brother
Sip slowly the truth serum is served around the street corner
Religion is challenged and belief is echoed in the teaching
Blind justice manipulating, utilizing empty bellies for murdering
Accepted or rejected the pleasure of intimacy and sexual profiling
Come with me

Skip along this long winding country road there'll be a dead end sign
Enjoy the sounds, the air, the curves hills and valleys they are all mine
One last touchdown before the whistle blows
A raging passion exhausting is it senseless jubilation no one knows
But tomorrow is that sign up ahead on a promissory note
Today is that baby kissing bribing politician begging for your vote
Stare truth in the eye make demands have immense fun even if it's a lie
For like yesterday live for even this today will tell you bye bye
Love for the exhilarating mind bugging humanitarian joy of it
When you reach that point where your legs lungs and heart fade, sit
Cross your fingers legs and arm for just maybe you reached and score
With luck Bioscience finds a cure and tomorrow will be today once more
