Spoken Word: Cultural Irresponsibility - The "Authorities" Modern Day 1768 Betrayal

I woke this morning and fire was in my eyes!
Rebellion and revolution stirred inside my soul!
I know the Soldiers of Light who will fight.
But I also know the deserters who will flee with fright;
For cowardice and complacency is their might.
So while I think revolution and social agitation,
Who are the enlightened ones that will speak?
Who are they that will protest at the calamity?
Or as always will they just grumble and let it be?

The land is now ruled by Pirates, Black Irish,
Leprechauns, and worst of all mental slavery.
But yet some will curse 1768, and say it's too long ago,
So leave it be.
But the blood that stained the land
Is crying out from the realms
Witnessing the Spiritual and open betrayal
Now so wantonly at hand.
Massa is laughing his ass off from the grave
Observing the foolish "authorities"
Who fear even a debate and open commentary.
That action alone is cultural irresponsibility!

But alas the Leprechauns and Black Irish
Will not today, or perhaps ever stand up!
They will guard Massa's honour with pride;
Their indoctrination and historical plight.

"Rise up oh ye people and reclaim your land!"
But do the majority even care?
Beyond rum, rumours, gossip, and the illusions at hand?

I felt the pain of the Ancestors
Standing inside those Slave dungeons.
Whilst recently in Africa I relived their prison.
To that 1768 freedom betrayal,
And to their Eternal Spirits
That still roam the land;
I will forever bow in respect
For the courage shown
Towards their freedom command!
