'Twas an evening of pumps, pride and astonishing beauty
Jovial entertainment glimmer ricochetting with elegancy
The heart of Mt. Paran on display admiring citizenry
Though turmoil was afoot the joy hid its camaraderie
Love was flowing like runway ghaut in October
So do memories of yesterday as old faces you encounter
The ambiguity lies in the fact that they are divorcees
Separated and started new lives, all that's left is memories

The steel curtains of love got lifted and unfold a past
Separation appears embers still burn feelings do last
When hearts collide and unification is made strong
A thrilling thoroughfare to where divorce displays wrong
Two steps to the right and a beautiful life unfold
Left in tracks is lasting memories where living was cold
Divorce has created a past where love streams amid hate
Today catastrophe, hurt, pain, anger screams out the gate
Standing on humiliation discarding future without care
Amid the spotlight and cameras she did it without fear

In the vineyard of love the aroma never leaves the vine
Beneath its root fertilizing is turmoil, lust, distraction all vile
Sometimes we err about keeping things in its place
That's a lesson towards advancement in the human race
Time to step forward - bygone took its stand scored an ace
No need to humiliate oneself spitting in another's face
Fence sitting was not part of her forte unleashing her scum
Even though he moved on she needed to exercise he is bum
The venom of love hurts but does hurt, hurt that bad?
Is that a kinky trip or a romantic fetish, the trip I never had
