The Patriots were beating the Broncos I'm in glee
She's also a fan so it seems she's celebrating with me
Every third down her celebration gets closer to intimacy
From tailgating the scotch was wearing off its potency
This was the game where the pundits guarantee we will lose
But the beating we were dishing out had them confused
Her celebration went from high fives to deep embrace
Complimenting on the firmness of my body lamenting about taste
She was from out of town just flew in for the game
Assured me there was no one around hoping I'll be the same

Did not want to lead her on for alcohol was ushering her motive
But she refused to believe seeking my company somewhat assertive
She asked me for a ride back to her hotel with intense eye contact
Or else she'll have to get a taxi in her state I couldn't allow that
At the cross roads of someone's advantage am I being used
Hell I'm at a football game damn it celebrate, enjoy, why get confused
She's a young divorce lawyer from out of town just passed the bar
Not drunk but consumed a few so her heightened sensuality wasn't far
Somewhere in our celebration our lips met I thought it was by accident
In this crowded wild night of celebration she told me it was her intent

The game was almost ending and I had to leave to prevent the mass exodus
She agreed it was a forgone victory there was no fuss
Reaching her hotel she said she misplaced her keys I walked her to her room
She invited me in, my male ego kicked in with intent to lower the boom
We had one more drink, she fell asleep
Was it drunk or comfortable
I wrote a note with my number as I left the room put it on her table
She's calling me from the airport apologizing she'll be in town three weeks
She has tickets for the game and my company she seeks
