Trust Circle’s platform, can be accessed at http://www.TrustCircle.co. Its mission is to “make mental health care continuous, accessible, and affordable. ”
This collaborative partnership signed between Trust Circle and MNI Media is meant to provide even further meaningful awareness of the serious nature of mental healthcare afflicting the world today. It also will provide an additional medium to showcase the work of Trust Circle in combating the stigma associated with mental health around the world.
CEO Sachin Chaudhry says; “Stigma is first in our minds and then out there in the world. We have to kill that first within ourselves, step up, talk about it, and then the whole world will follow. When people step up and they’re determined, things happen.”
The online mental healthcare solution provided by Trust Circle is a welcomed delivery into the debate about how best to deal with mental health; a debate that has been raging in both the developed and developing world. It is known that depression is said to be the leading cause of both mental and physical disability. Additionally, the escalating cost of healthcare in many countries is making it difficult for people to receive proper help with their mental health concerns.
This collaborative Media partnership will see MNI Alive Media showcasing to the world Trust Circle’s mHealth Tests products, where anyone at anytime can log on and take brief mental health surveys that are based on questionnaires that primary care providers, psychologists and psychiatrists use to better understand someone’s symptoms and current mind state.
Some of the tests that can be taken include finding out your current anxiety, depression, and even stress levels.
According to Sachin, these surveys were originally developed decades ago and are clinically validated.
Trust Circle’s mHealth Tests will be an invaluable platform where various entities ranging from the individuals to organizations, to universities, to countries and other such concerns, can gain an insight into the mental health condition of those whom they serve.
MNI Media is pleased to be working together with Trust Circle as we both seek to change the environment surrounding mental healthcare around the world.
