Don’t Turn A Pit Stop Into A Destination

pitstopHuman Beings have a problem. We like things to be comfy all the time. Familiarity and routine breeds comfort, and no matter how much God tries to push us to the next chapter, we often insist on staying in our comfort zone. Sometimes things are uncomfortable because God never intended for us to stay in that place, that relationship, or that job permanently. As a matter of fact, perhaps God never ordained this particular experience, and this discomfort is His way of getting us back on His path.

Christ’s Unending Love And Amazing Grace

sunsetSince Christ is being taken out of everything Christian, it is no surprise that Easter is no longer about Christ’s death and resurrection. It’s more about creepy chocolate bunnies, chickens, eggs, and the arrival of the season of spring. Who wants to focus on anything as morbid as death? bahamas boysPrime Minister of the Bahamas, Hubert Ingraham, developed a bold initiative aimed at keeping adolescent boys on the path to becoming productive citizens. The goal of the program is to prevent and reduce the number of young men who drop out of school, and eventually enter a life of crime. Hopefully, this can be achieved through this newly created, summer intensive program.
