D'Angel Explains Why She Is Divorcing Beenie Man

Jamaican journalist, Anthony Miller was fortunate to get the exclusive from D’Angel as to why she has filed for divorce from dancehall king, Beenie Man.

Citing trust issues as well as communication issues, D’Angel told Miller that while her and Beenie were supposedly working on their marriage, they technically were living apart, with the dancehall king maintaining what she dubbed as a ‘bachelor pad’.

D' Angel said:

“Am tired of living my life for the cameras,” D’Angel said. “I had a husband who loves me in front the cameras but when the cameras are off I had to deal with the harsh reality of our marriage. I had a husband who I can’t communicate with on any level. We can’t share our thoughts, we can’t share our dreams. Just a simple discussion would result in a big argument. The trust factor is totally broken down. We lived in separate homes.”
