London, 16 April 2018 – A new financial services venture has been launched to focus exclusively on targeting women.

rainchq, an innovative new concept in investment management, aims to promote greater financial inclusion for women through the delivery of tailored financial advice for women, and a digital platform that offers investment management solutions designed to help women achieve their life goals.

rainchq also aims to tackle the widening investment gap between the sexes which has resulted in women, despite living longer than men, saving up to three times less for later life.

The business has UK roots but its ambitions are global. rainchq intends to expand into the Caribbean market in 2019.

CEO & co-founder, Davinia Tomlinson commented: “I’m really excited about the opportunities presented through rainchq to reach huge swathes of the population who have been woefully underserved in the delivery of affordable, accessible investment solutions.

The Caribbean is a particularly important market for us because of the high concentration of upwardly mobile, senior female executives who we believe would value a service like this.

We’re at a very early stage in our journey but the reception we have received to date has been overwhelmingly positive. There’s a real demand for something that focuses exclusively on serving women’s unique needs and we’re committed to working with our target market to co-develop a proposition that does just that.”

rainchq is an entrant in Richard Branson’s VOOM 2018 pitch contest where they will compete alongside other new startups to win initial investment into the business. To find out more and to register your vote visit: http://bit.ly/rainchq
