Rihanna And Nicki Minaj Representing The Caribbean At The Brit Awards

Both Nicki Minaj and Rihanna have been nominated for Brit Awards to be held on February 21st at London's O2 Arena.

The two stars, who have Caribbean roots, will be competing against the likes of fellow pop divas Beyonce and Lady Gaga.

Rihanna has been nominated for International Female Solo Artist of the Year, whilst Nicki Minaj is up for International Breakthrough Act

Jay-Z and Kanye West's are two other international acts who have been nominated for Best International Group. Bruno Mars gets the nod in nominations for International Male Solo Artist.

Singing sensation Adele and Jessie J will compete for British Female Solo Artist and Best British Single.
