This year, once again, the festival promises an innovative and unforgettable experience highlighting the richness and diversity of world cuisine, as well as the local delicacies that make Saint-Martin an internationally renowned gastronomic destination.
For over ten days, visitors will be able to attend various events centred around gastronomy and mixology, with the opportunity to taste the creations of our different participating establishments. These will feature the legendary ingredient of Saint-Martin that needs no introduction: Guavaberry.
The extraordinary lineup includes the "Taste of Sunrise" local brunch on the beach, outdoor cooking workshops for adults and children, a village featuring restaurateurs, private chefs, and food trucks from the island, and a closing night where renowned international chefs will showcase their specialties. There will also be wine and cheese pairings to delight gourmets in this new edition.
The festival would not be complete without its exciting competitions. Once again, our establishments will compete for the title of the best table in Saint-Martin 2024/2025 and for the top spot in one of our four distinctions. High school students, barbecue experts, and mixologists will also compete, providing participants and spectators with moments of emotion and suspense.
As the event is planned for both locals and visitors from all over the island, attractive tourist packages will be offered. These packages include access to festival events, accommodation options, guided tours of local attractions, and much more.
The Saint-Martin Culinary Festival is much more than a simple event. It is an incredible celebration of the creativity, talent, and passion that drive our local chefs and producers.
The Saint-Martin Tourism Office and its partners are eager to welcome visitors from around the world to this fourth edition and to offer them an unforgettable gastronomic experience in the heart of the Caribbean.
