Top Dancehall Artiste Wanted In The U.S On Drug Related Charges

Another huge personality from within the dancehall music industry in Jamaica is allegedly on the wanted list of U.S authorities, on drug-related charges.

No name has as yet been released, but the artiste is said to be an associate of Christopher 'Dudus' Coke. Reports being circulated in the Jamaica Gleaner newspaper point towards the dancehall artiste being a green card holder, one who has a number of hit songs. Also, the dancehall artiste wanted by the authorities, is wanted on at least two warrants, according to further reports.

Assistant Commissioner, Ealan Powell, Head of the Criminal Investigation Branch in Jamaica, recently stated that quite a few entertainers are on the police radar and a few arrests are expected to be made.

He stated, "We have an interest in at least 10 other members of the entertainment industry, some of whom have been implicated in a number of murders and shootings."
