Antigua and Barbuda is home to many bests: the best beaches, the best cuisine, and one of the best mixologists in the Caribbean. Daniel “Timmy” Thomas of Timmy Time Cocktails has a natural gift for creating cocktails. The delicious drinks, regarded by many as art in a glass, have earned him a reputation as the best mixologist in Antigua.

Though he now operates his own bartending service, Timmy got his start as a bar hand at the beautiful Pineapple Beach Club. Working there, he quickly realized his talent for creating and mixing delicious cocktails. He has now been crafting cocktails for over 20 years. Talk about a master mixologist!

Timmy has developed many of his own signature drinks. His skills have landed him several awards, winning mixology competitions such as the 2019 Taste of Wadadli, Mango Fest, and the Angostura Global Cocktail Challenge.

At this point, you probably want to try a world-class Timmy Time cocktail for yourself. Trying one of these delicious drinks on a sandy beach in Antigua would be ideal, but they’re just too good not to share a recipe for you to try at home! So, keep reading for an original recipe created by Timmy himself!
