The preliminary hearing for the murder case involving Vybz Kartel has once gain been delayed due toan incomplete case file.

Reports reaching MNI Alive surrounding this highly popular story, indicate that Kartel was taken to court yesterday but after waiting for some time, his lawyer was informed the matter would be further postponed.

Kartel's lawyer has expressed to the media that he has not yet received any paperwork to do with the case. The Assistant Commissioner of Police, Ealan Powell, has stated that this was because charges against Kartel were filed late on Monday, so there were still some incomplete aspects.

On Monday, Vybz Kartel was charged with murder, illegal possession of a firearm and conspiracy to murder. These charges relate to the death of 27 year old Barrington 'Bossie' Burton, from St Catherine, Jamaica.
